During the coldest week of the year, I came home to no heat in my house. I messaged Tanner that evening about the issue, and he made time to come over and check it out the next day. He cleaned the flame sensor, and we have not had any issues since. I would recommend Hafeman’s Heating & Cooling to anyone with HVAC needs! An overall great small business with friendly, reliable, and affordable service!

We are very happy with the entire experience that we had with Tanner. We needed a gas line put in for our new kitchen range. Tanner was quick to come give us a quote when other companies just gave us a rough guess or didn't return my call. Tanner was very flexible when the range did not get delivered on the day it was scheduled to arrive. He was easy to reach and able to squeeze us in the same week. He installed the new gasline and the new range in a timely manner and tested everything to make sure their were no leaks or problems. We will definitely call Hafeman's again and will recommend Tanner whenever we can.

Our furnace stopped working on one of the coldest days of the year and so we called Tanner and he picked up immediately and told us he could stop over to check it out same day! We have used Tanner for two different instances at our home. Last year he installed a heater in our garage (which I love!) and just recently our HVAC system kept kicking out and wouldn’t hold above 65 degrees. Both times Tanner was prompt, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. Our recent issue actually occurred on a Sunday and he was quick to come over and diagnose/fix the issue without the stress of trying to find someone who would be able to help us out on a weekend. We are so thankful for Tanner and will definitely be using him in the future for any of our HVAC needs!

We recently had a mini-split air conditioning system installed in our home, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience.
